Top marketing experts agree that likeability is the key factor to your success today as an entrepreneur

A recent study conducted by the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and published in an article on Entrepreneur.com confirms that a person's level of social popularity correlates to success in a corporate climate. The study also said that the rules of likeability are learned skills. 

Dave Kerpen, author of the bestselling book "The Likeable Business", would agree. He says: "In today's social media world, it literally pays to be likeable".  

Social media marketing expert, Jay Baer, shares a new approach to marketing he calls friend of mine awareness, in his book Youtility. He says that as a business owner today you must seek to have your prospective customers allow you in their circle of trust. 

More than ever the old adage in business: "people buy from people", is an important concept to for entrepreneurs to understand and use to their advantage.
